Description of problem:
Using the M9beta2round3 Classical installer to upgrade an M8 to M9 runs into file conflicts

Steps to Reproduce:
A series of fle conflicts all on the golang-x-net-devel-0.7.0-1.mga9.noarch package like:
file /usr/share/gocode/src/golang.org/x/net/http2/errors.go from install
of golang-x-net-devel-0.7.0-1.mga9.noarch conflicts with file from
package golang-x-net-http-devel-0-0.6.mga8.noarch

High pri because of mga8->9 upgrade problem.

Should be fixed by golang-x-net-0.7.0-2.mga9. It's probably true for a bunch of other go packages, for which I removed the obsolete tag without always checking if it was needed for mageia 8 to mageia 9 upgrade.
