Description Shlomi Fish 2011-10-25 13:02:38 CEST
Description of problem:

XScreenSaver's screensavers are not listed in systemsettings -> "Display and Monitor" -> "Screen Saver", and cannot be used. This is due to a missing "BuildRequires" in kdeartwork4.spec for xscreensaver-base which was removed in this commit:

Changed paths:
   M /cauldron/kdeartwork4/current/SPECS/kdeartwork4.spec

Update tarball to KDE SC 4.7 RC1 (4.6.90)
- Fix file list (3 new desktoptheme: tibanna, androbit, produkt and a mono theme icon)
- Remove useless BR

------------------------------------------------------------------------

More BuildRequires were removed there, but this is what caused the problem.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Always.

Hi John,

thanks for adding the BuildRequires. However, now it seems that xscreensaver's OpenGL screensavers are not listed there, despite the fact that I have xscreensaver-gl-5.14-3.mga2 installed.

Ok in fact after checking the build log, it seems that we need to add them also as BR (& requires after).
It should be fixed with the last kdearwork rpm.
