Is it specific to KDE? Ie does it happens too if you use GNOME instead? Keywords:

NEEDINFO i have this in gnome too, the package "numlock" is not install per default. lmenut I have installed numlock-2.1.2-5.0.1.mga1.x86_64.rpm with urpmi It works fine. Congratulations.
