Description of problem: steam is actually in the Network, FileTransfer and Game categories. However, the Network category in the menu is already cluttered by many applications (browser, mail client...) and no one will check the Network category to find Steam. 

To clean the menu (a least in Plasma), we should put steam in the Game category only and remove it from the others.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install steam
2. Check the Network category in Plasma menu

This is how upstream designed it and is defined in the steam.desktop file.

This applies for all linux distributions which ship steam. So please file an upstream bugrequest at valve.
