Description katnatek 2023-03-08 01:00:02 CET
Description of problem:

I can't found the text for the option to choose downloader in the classic (and i suppose live) installer.

The text is Downloader , the options are Default (Predeterminado), wget, curl, aria?

Are the po files outdated or the text is untranslatable?

Can you please say more exactly what you see as untranslated? The only English word there is 'Default', for which you show a translation; but this is the only possible untranslated word. And is it shown as 'Default' or 'Predeterminado' ?
'wget', 'curl', 'aria' are program names which cannot be translated.

In the installer when you add remote repositories, you get a step in where you can choose the downloadmanager, is a list preceded by the word "Downloader", i don't found a place to translate that word in the po file on transifex for classic installer https://www.transifex.com/MageiaLinux/mageia/translate/#es/drakx_install or, if also is there, in live installer https://www.transifex.com/MageiaLinux/mageia/translate/#es/draklive-install

It's in the translations for libDrakX:

https://gitweb.mageia.org/software/drakx/tree/perl-install/share/po/es.po#n311

and is currently translated as "Por defecto". However it's also in the translations for drakx-net:

https://gitweb.mageia.org/software/drakx-net/tree/po/es.po#n6581

where it is currently translated as "Predeterminado". The drakx-net translations are searched first.

Resolution: (none) => INVALID

Yes, the Spanish translation for "Downloader" was added to drakx on Feb 15th, but the beta1 ISOs were built two days before that.

Best ask on the i18n-discuss mailing list about that. I'm fairly sure it will be in Transifex somewhere, but I'm not a Transifex user, so can't help you locate it.
