Description of problem:
We have 13.0 RC1 of OpenTTD in Mageia 9. Since 5. Feb. 2023 the final version of 13.0 is available.

Maybe its good to update to the latest stable release.

Do not know whether this will pass M9 'version freeze'. I think it should, it is the same 13.0 base version.
