Description of problem:
The keyserver currently used by Mageiasync is no longer available. Mageiasync needs to be changed to use a different one.

The version 0.4.4 is coming. The url of the server is changed to keyserver.ubuntu.com

Tested by creating a new user, copying just an iso file to it's home directory,
then running mageiasync to copy the checksum and sig files. After it fails
the sha3 check (due to the lack of use of detached signatures) ...

Confirmed it correctly imported the key for that user.
