Thank you for the attached journal. I could not see in it the error message you cite: where does it show? [FWIW seems best to search for 'lxqt'] I am using Cauldron LxQt at the moment, and it starts OK via LightDM. Can you say what display manager you are using? CC:

lewyssmith It is solved now by the last update. It was libfm-qt that was the problem. Just in case here is result of command: pcmanfm-qt --desktop pcmanfm-qt: symbol lookup error: pcmanfm-qt: undefined symbol: ZN2Fm10FolderView13dropIsDecidedEb I attached screen capture of message at session connecting for information. Papoteur tested yesterday and he had same results than me. Created attachment 13693 [details]
