"various crash fixes." That's what it says in the release notes, too. How wonderfully informative.

Well, I had no installation issues with the US English version, and I could send and receive POP mail, use a link from an email to launch Firefox, access newsgroups. I don't use the calendar. 

No crashes, but then I can't remember the last time Thunderbird crashed on me.

Looks OK here.
