Description of problem: As I read the bugreport about adding GHC to Mageia I took the liberty of building a package called ghc-bootstrap. That package contains binaries related to GHC used from their source tree. Please do feel free to change and build it to your liking if I've built it incorrectly.

I'm adding a link to my Mega repo as the src.rpm's are huge.

Unfortunately this is another package request without any usecase. There is only one single distribution out in the wild which provides ghc-bootstrap and this is openSUSE.

And this package request makes even less sense until bug 26041 is resolved (base ghc package request)....

We wouldn't repackage a binary distribution, and ghc was dropped from Mageia due to no maintainer.  Note that I previously needed ghc and was able to use the Fedora package on Mageia.
