Description of problem: Dasher animation does not work when running under Gnome Wayland session. choosing the letters is completely random.
changing to Gnome Xorg session and Dasher behaves correctly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install gnome only DE from above .iso series.
2.attempt to use Dasher under wayland session
3.attempt to use Dasher under Xorg session

This could presage "dasher does not work under wayland". I could find nothing about this on the web.
Having poked this application on other desktops, it is so enigmatic I have no idea whether it is working or not (= do not know how to drive it); I suspect it is. (I do not see the window of what you are writing).

Flagging for Errata in case, not to lose it. Can always be undone.

Assigning globally since Dasher is almost unmaintained - it has not needed it.

It is an known upstream problem without solution yet. Dasher and Wayland won't work.
