Description of problem: I just went to https://github.com/OpenMandrivaSoftware/spec-helper/releases/tag/v0.31.53 to see what the latest update does and saw that it's a minor fix related to pamd. I have built a package that installs in Cauldron.

Mageia and OpenMandriva are two different distributions which use different philosophy and rules for rpm creation. Thats's why the version numbers between Mageias ans OpenMandrivas spec-helper differs. There is no "this-one-is-more-up-to-date" for this package
