Description of problem: booting a new install of an all-DE install from below .iso has an approx 3 minute delay as modemmanager service repeatedly starts and stops.
investigating the journalctl output lists multiple core-dump events: ModemManager.service: Failed with result 'core-dump'.

How reproducible:every boot


Steps to Reproduce:
1.install all DE from above or alpha release .iso
2.upon reboot,press esc to display bootup text messages.

Sorry, don't have time to look at your logs, not to try to install modemmanager myself to see whether it occurs here (in an older cauldron), too.

I assume version 1.20.2-1.mga9 was on your Mageia-9-beta1-x86_64 iso

From the logs, Ben is using ModemManager 1.14.10. Google found me a similar bug report and a comment that it was fixed in 1.18.12. Jani updated ModemManager in cauldron to 1.20.2 two days ago. Ben, can you try updating to see if it fixes the bug for you.
