Try (as root) running updatedb. Alternative is to leave the system running until the timer activates plocate-updatedb.service CC:

davidwhodgins Running updatedb && sync as root fixed that issue. I don't know if it lasts forever or until next bootup though. Closing as invalid. Feel free to reopen if it turns out not to fix the issue. Status:
