Thanks for the report. "This would return the install from MW to a similar way when first released" Useful note. "maybe add a popup with *do you want to add any more applications: yes? / no, really install* before then initializing the administer request popup" Not so easy: what would you do if the user said 'yes' but moved on, leaving install requests outstanding?
