Description of problem: there is a superfluous /empty launcher icon in taskbar between *terminal emulator* and *file manager* icons

1.net-install xfce only DE
2.reboot and observe empty launcher in taskbar

There should be a launcher for mousepad.

What's the output of the following cmd?
$ rpm -qa mousepad

CC: (none) => jani.valimaa

Looks like mousepad desktop file was renamed at some point. I have fixed it now. Please test again with mageia-xfce-config-4.16.9.1-1.mga9.
