Comment 1 Romuald EYRAUD 2022-09-11 19:32:20 CEST
Message anki :
Your Anki client does not support the new timezone handling yet. Please ensure your Anki is up to date.

Assigning to Remi, the registered maintainer.

Looks like an update is needed from anki-2.1.15-3.mga8 to
https://github.com/ankitects/anki/releases/download/2.1.54/anki-2.1.54-linux-qt5.tar.zst

I had a look to cauldron.
The unique build method for actual version consists in downloading all the elements, without looking at what exists locally. This method can't work on our system which forbids any download during the build.
Also, I tried the local build, it stops very quickly with this error:
./run
error: failed to load manifest for workspace member `/home/yves/mga-cauldron/anki/SOURCES/anki-2.1.58/rslib`
Caused by:
failed to parse manifest at `/home/yves/mga-cauldron/anki/SOURCES/anki-2.1.58/rslib/Cargo.toml`
Caused by:
invalid type: map, expected SemVer version for key `package.version`

I did find any reference to such an error.
All distribution I have checked are in 2.1.15 or have withdrawn it.
My suggestion is to withdraw it from cauldron.
For users, I suggest the flatpak release.
