Oracle has released VirtualBox 6.1.38, which includes support for the Linux 6.0 kernel. 

One of my VirtualBoxes, through updates, is now running a release candidate of the 6.0 kernel and it has now become extremely slow under the current VirtualBox version in Mageia 8 (6.1.36).

You don't need to raise a bug about new VB or kernel versions, as Thomas takes care about this packages.
