It was said in the QA mtg today that this needed more testing.

Acer Veriton M4618G
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GM107 [GeForce GTX 750 Ti]
kernel 1 5.15.58-desktop-2.mga8
kernel 2 5.15.55-desktop-2.mga8

Before update:
nvidia-current-utils-470.129.06-1.mga8.nonfree
nvidia-current-cuda-opencl-470.129.06-1.mga8.nonfree
dkms-nvidia-current-470.129.06-1.mga8.nonfree
nvidia-current-doc-html-470.129.06-1.mga8.nonfree
x11-driver-video-nvidia-current-470.129.06-1.mga8.nonfree

After update:
nvidia-current-utils-470.141.03-1.mga8.nonfree
dkms-nvidia-current-470.141.03-1.mga8.nonfree
x11-driver-video-nvidia-current-470.141.03-1.mga8.nonfree
nvidia-current-doc-html-470.141.03-1.mga8.nonfree
nvidia-current-cuda-opencl-470.141.03-1.mga8.nonfree

Update went smoothly and everything I used worked same as before. This includes games via Steam which need the nvidia graphics card in this case, and on both of the listed kernels if it matters.
