Description of problem:
The following message is displayed when running tcptraceroute on Mageia 8:

"tcptraceroute: Symbol `pcap_version' has different size in shared object, consider re-linking"

How reproducible: Happens every time tcptraceroute is run


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select site to check route to: $dst
2. /bin/sudo tcptraceroute $dst
3. Observe results

Example: where $dst is mageia.org

Neither libpcap nor tcptraceroute have been updated since Mageia 8 was
released so this looks like it was introduced during Mageia 8 development.
Surprising that no-one has reported this previously.

Assigning to all packagers as neither package has a dedicated maintainer.

Setting the priority to low as the message is cosmetic.
