In bug#30422, comment#1 David Walser asked about unbundling golang-x-sys from docker. 

He didn't get an answer, filing this separate report for that issue, so that it no longer stops that security fix from being assigned to QA.

It seems to me that golang-x-sys-devel is in the Builrequires list for docker 20.10.22. I've not found it in the source tree so I *think* we're good, but @pterjan should also have a look as he is our Go expert.

And golang stuff is built in statically IIRC, so it wouldn't be required by the built package.
