This doesn't happen often enough to be reproducible.

This is similar to https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=27319 , but this one was for mageia 7 and was fixed a long time ago. Now it seems the same bug happens again under cauldron.

I'm using
x11-server-xorg-21.1.3-8.mga9
x11-driver-video-nvidia-current-510.73.05-1.mga9.nonfree

Nicolas, sorry for the late reply.

Please give the output of:

  lspcidrake -v | grep Card

and attach the full /var/log/Xorg.0.log

Here're the card's infos :

lspcidrake -v | grep Card

Card:NVIDIA GeForce 635 series and later: NVIDIA Corporation|TU116 [GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER] [DISPLAY_VGA] (vendor:10de device:2187 subv:1458 subd:401a) (rev: a1)
usb_storage : Generic|Flash Card Reader/Writer [Mass Storage|SCSI|Bulk-Only] (vendor:058f device:6366)

As for /var/log/Xorg.0.log with the crash log, it was overwritten since then, I need to wait for the next crash to get a new one.
