in /share/doc/perl-FCGI we can find two files than can only be read by root

META.json & ETA.yml

Perhaps it needs to add their names line 27 in the spec file
chmod 0644 LICENSE.TERMS META.json ETA.yml
instead of only
chmod 0644 LICENSE.TERMS 

unless they are not in the right place in doc ?
