HISTORY & MAINTENANCE
installed in /share/doc/perl-Curses/
can't be read by simple user

in the spec file line 26 you may add the 2 names :
chmod 644 Artistic Copying INSTALL README HISTORY MAINTENANCE
instead of
chmod 644 Artistic Copying INSTALL README 

That will correct this
