Description of problem:  Trying to apply updates.  I get a dialog asking which postgres (13 or 11) 3 times before Update and once after; then update fails.

It can be seen at our buildsystem, that umeabot is rebuilding a massive amount of packages. No wonder (and also expected) that something breaks for some hours in cauldron:

Yeah, we upgraded perl, which triggered the need for lot of rebuilds ...

Sure...  This seemed more serious of an issue; just trying to help by reporting. Will focus on broken/misbehaving apps instead of update issues.  Cheers.

Most of basesystem perl bits should be rebuilt now, so upgrades should hopefully work...
