Description of problem:  mga8 works fine; but not mga9

laptop(mga8) <====================\
 kdeconnect-kde-20.12.0-1.mga8     > SamsungA21 phone
laptop(mga8) <====================/
  (kdeconnect works to both laptops simultaneously)
     
desktop(mga9) can't be seen and does not see other devices.
 kdeconnect-kde-21.04.1-2.mga9

All devices can connect to each other over IP and bluetooth.

Thank you for the report, especially the confirmation that it works correctly on Mageia 8.

Perhaps you can add details of how the connection does not work, like terminal output, end of system journal after the failure.

Sigh...  My bad. journal showing packets being dropped. Forgot to enable KDEconnect in the firewall rules. 
(Maybe too much on my plate at the moment... :)

Status: NEW => RESOLVED
Resolution: (none) => INVALID
