Source rpm for libb64

I agree with comment 3. Kristoffer, you are always trying to add things to your Mageia systems which are off limits. From your comment 0, you have done all the private work to do what you want with 'fragments', you will doubtless crack the 'libb64' problem. Both being imported software. CC:
