Source RPM:
mgaapplet =>
mgaonline-3.31-2.mga9.src.rpm This looks like an unnecessary complication, given:
> dnfdragora and it's applet serves dnf
And as Nikolay himself has already suggested in another bug, if you want to have "packages whose reps do not support urpm", use DNF for those only, and rpm for the rest. That way they should not conflict.
CC'ing MagieaTools for comment, but I think we should close this bug. The requirement looks complicated; but may not be.CC:

lewyssmith, mageiatools if you use, purely dnf, then there is no need for urpmi. As you were already told in an other ML thread, it is not planned to move away from urpm. There is no reason for it. (In reply to Nikolay Sabelnikov from comment #3) > if you use, purely dnf, then there is no need for urpmi. Nor mgaapplet? I think this can be closed as being too esoteric, especially in the light of: > dnfdragora and it's applet serves dnf Status:

RESOLVED then you can try to configure packagekit to update packages using dnf, with rep incompatible with urpm. Summary:
add dnf mgaapplet support =>
configure packagekit to update packages via dnf. Please don't reopen bugs whitout valid reasons!
