Tested both tainted and core versions with a mga8-64 Plasma install.

No installation issues with either. Played some video files, and watched a couple of the IPTV channels that I could access. As in Bug 29837, I could not access several of the channels. The problem seems to be that kodi-inputstream-adaptive is a needed dependency, but the version available for download/install from Kodi isn't compatible with Kodi 19. (Bug 29446) 

As this is not a new regression, I'm regretfully sending this version of Kodi on its way.
