hello, i can see there have been virtualbox updates but the problem is still there...so this command fails :
docker-machine create --driver virtualbox myvm1

Btw , another unrelated bug (but with very low criticity) is that in the MageiaControlCenter, the tool to activate/deactivate services, works correctly except the service status does not change to started or stopped in the window unless one closes the window by clicking ok and than reopen it.

Hello,

I have same problem here:

In virtualbox GUI (not opened in sudo mode) ==> file ==> manage host network ==> Create :
fails with message

VBoxNetAdpCtl: Error while adding new interface: failed to open /dev/vboxnetctl: Permission denied

https://www.mageialinux-online.org/forum/topic-29734.php#m298794

If I open it in sudo mode it works.

After some research, it turns out that downgrading VBox to virtualbox-6.1.26 works. So there is a problem with version 6.1.32-1.
Comment 5 Thomas Backlund 2022-03-30 14:40:13 CEST
virtualbox 6.1.28 changelog:
Network: More administrative control over host-only network ranges to prevent trouble due to misconfiguration, see user manual. Check updated documentation or your VMs may stop working!

Closing as invalid, as it seem to be caused by improved security, per Comment 5.

If there is more to it, please reopen.
