Description of problem: Our current Mageia 8 package for gparted is 1.2.0, which was released in January 2021. Since then, there was a release of 1.3.0 in May 2021 and another of 1.3.1 in July 2021. Each of those releases contained several bugfixes, described in their respective release notes:

We should update gparted to version 1.3.1 to take advantage of those bugfixes. Cauldron should be updated too, if that hasn't already happened.

Cauldron have gparted-1.3.0-1.mga9

As it is owned by nobody, I assign it to all packagers
