The perl-URPM package has been fixed in order to fix a cople bugs:
- Handle synthesis with packages that have a huge list of provides
- Prevent SRPM to conflicts with its own build deps with rpm-4.16+
- Update URL

note that this one is already in use in Cauldron (where the breakage was found) and on Mageia 8 infra running on x86_64 and arm64 hosts

Tested in a Vbox 64-bit Plasma system.

No installation issues. Attempted to install some games. Most installed, but I was given a message that it couldn't find one and maybe I should update my database. Excellent opportunity for an additional test, so I did, went back after the game, and this time everything installed.

Tried to play one called "Blob Wars." Lost the demo war right off, but at least it looks like perl-URPM worked as it should.

Based on this and Comment 2, giving it an OK and validating.
