(none) I had this same problem, not knowing beforehand that it was the extension. If I attempted to remove uBO and/or a different extension, Chromium would still crash as long as uBO was installed. Once uBO was removed, I've had no crashes. I replaced uBO with Ad Block Plus (ABP) and Chromium has been fine. CC:

epp Tried to remove this specific extension, but this browser is severely botched. Still crashes on multiple events: trying to cast, installing, uninstalling or configuring extensions or themes, arbitrarily on YT videos, bringing up selection windows on some web apps and sometimes even browsing my text-only local Nginx. Some of these are hard to replicate as they seem too random, but it always spits out something about libpthreads and SEGV of different types, mostly MAPERR. CC:

I don't know if this is related to the issue at hand, but since last night, I've been seeing this every time I launch Chromium.
Running 'ps -e' in a terminal isn't showing Chromium using any other processes.
