Description of problem: I have tried to configure usb 2.0 and 3.0 installing the package "Virtualbox guest additions" of Mageia repositories, but this packages don't offer compatibility for usb 2.0 and 3.0, so I have install other extension pack from official web www.virtualbox.org. Although both packages show the same version in the virtualbox options, our build does not offer the stated support for usb versions 2.0 and 3.0.

How reproducible: Install virtualbox guest additions of Mageia repositorioes and check the usb version in virtualbox settings.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install virtualbox and virtualbox guest additions of Mageia repositories.
2. Configure usb in a Virtualbox machine.
3. Usb 2.0 and 3.0 don't availables.

This screenshot show the two packages installed in virtualbox

The firs package is the installed from Mageia repositories. 
The second package is the installed from www.virtualbox.org.

With the second package installed, now I have usb 2.0 and 3.0 compatibility.

If I install only first package from Mageia repositories, I haven't usb 2.0 and 3.0 compatibility.

You have to install the Oracle VirtualBox Extension Pack for USB2/3.

Resolution: (none) => INVALID
Status: NEW => RESOLVED
