When i eneter in the ksplash menu in systemsettings, it warnings me that the package kde-ksplash-mga it is not installed.

i dont have the warning message anymore.
I am not sure but i think that this fixed it:

In fact kde4-splash-mga was not available at all :)
The commit is simply fixing the test.
Also please note there's no artwork for the moment, it should be fixed soon.
