This package was provided in Mandriva 2010.2 

It allows to easily handle & repair many stream types from European digital radio & television broadcasts using DVB standard... and to remove advertisements from streams recorded on ADSL boxes :)

It may be provided in updates repo for Mageia1 

I will add a draft for spec file
