29397 mga8, x64 Installed all the packages, including the packaged games listed. Ran a similar test to one used before. Started a project, browsed the asset library and installed a couple of addons without problem. Stopped there and saved the "project" in ~/godot/ before exiting. Tested pixelorama briefly as shown elsewhere. Installed hijinx and fire-and-fondness* Tried fire-and-fondness and managed to see Gallant consigned to the flames and to quit the game cleanly. Ditto for fire-and-fondness-2, except the guy got nowhere. hijinx works as far as I tried it. Could not remember all the options but movement and jumping worked OK. Audio was fine as well. Giving this the OK. Whiteboard:
