With one right-click on a image file, we can easily change the size of the file, no need to open Gimp or an image editor.

Setting version to cauldron to improve the chance that someone will package it. When it is in cauldron, it'll be in the next stable release after that, but it is also possible to reopen this request for Mga 1, then.

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.
