OK on 64 bit, plasma, i7, GM107 [GeForce GTX 750] using nvidia-current Had it installed now while testing desktop kernels 5.10.55-1 and 5.13.7-1 Including tests of video in firefox, and Windows 7 guest in VirtualBox. CC:

fri MGA9-64 Plasma on Lenovo B50 (all Intel HW) No installation issues. Rebooted after installation, all went OK. No ill effects on the system. CC:

tarazed25 Not sure what the provenance of those mesademo programs is. /usr/share/mesa-demos contains data objects which look like they would be used by programs but the only sources I can find are on-line and the Makefile gives: LLDLIBS = $(GLUT) -lGLU -lGL -lXmu -lXi -lXext -lX11 -lm so there does not seem to be a connection with the libraries installed in this bug and comment 3 should be disregarded.
