KuickShow is a very fast and comfortable imageviewer, somewhat inspired
by ACDSee (early versions :)

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might, if there are no license or other legal issues, want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.

i can't be of any help i'm afraid.
i've just been able to install this rpm on my computer since years:
kuickshow-0.9.2-0.1060448.4mdv2011.0.x86_64.rpm
along with imlib 1.9.
many thx for the effort, Kuickshow's absolutly the best, i do mean it.

To be short.
1-Kuickshow is an image viewer, not another file manager in disguise like Gwenview.
2-Kuickshow never mess between the frame and the pic, unlike Feh or GPicView. You never need to resize the frame with Kuickshow.
3-Kuickshow allows you to adjust Gammas. Absolutely decisive. And other practical, relevant, fabulous keyboard shortcuts.
5-Pics rolling by middle mouse.

= Best Image Viewer In The Whole World.

Proposal spec file for kf5

kuikshow can be built, but first we need to add kf5 as kuikshow clearly needs it according to its spec file.

I'm therefore adding a proposal spec file to build kf5-filesystem and rpm-macros.

imlib-nogdk is needed to finally port kuikshow.
