Maybe "graphics render trouble" or "windows render trouble" is a better description. No video stream playback means. Please, change bug name if possible. Do you use systemd and/or speedboot ? As a temporary solution, I turned off speedboot in /etc/sysconfig/speedboot. Without speedboot all works correctly.
