Description of problem:

By default when you add a new irc account in pidgin ther server is freenode,
now that mageia is migrating to libera.chat, that defaul need to change.

I see this is fixed on Mageia 9, i ignore the status for mageia 8, unless other information is given i keep this bug open until mageia 8 reach EOL
