Description of problem:

french installation
at the fist start after installation clock display 17:09. this is wrong. 
the good hour is 19:09

perhaps a time saving pb ?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install mageia
2. restart at the end of the install
3. open a first kde session

You didnn't configured the clock in the summary of the installation, did you?

no i let the installer doing settings

This doesn't mean anything to me. I don't even know whether RTC knows whether it is set to UTC or to local time

This bug was against Mga 1 and not against Cauldron, but episteme was the only one who reported it here. He closed it as fixed, I'm changing the version to cauldron now, instead of reopening, but feel free to reopen and set version to Mga 1 again when needed.
