Description of problem: I was planning to build the quakespasm package from openSUSE and as I read in the spec I saw that it needs and uses update-desktop-files and as Mageia seems to be missing this dependency I offer myself to at least package it (I didn't say that I'd maintain it though) for Mageia 8 and future releases of Mageia.

Please actually try to understand what their package is doing and you'd realize we already have what we need.
