mate-tweak 21.04.1-1.mga8 is included in Core 32bit Release repository. Thank you, now MATE Tweak works on my PC. IMHO it is recommended to include mate-tweak also in the x86_64 repository. Resolution:

This is the first step after adding a network connection, you must add online repositories. Alsow as soon as you run mgaapplet to update your system it will Ask you to add online medias.
