The webcam Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0c45:6310 Microdia Sonix USB 2.0 Camera
is reported as working here:

but It doesn't work on Mageia as well if module is loaded

Since when it is not working?

Which tools do you use to view video content from your webcam?

Note, also there is Kernel 5.10.28 pending in 8/core/updates_testing.

I didn't tried before but maybe if is not working as I tried with Linux Mint and it doesn't work as well.
Maybe this bug should be close ?

Ho. Not working under Linux Mint also. So not a regression on our side.
Meanwhile, this can be seen by our Kernel and drivers maintainers.
