Description of problem:

Bug 28724 made install hold due to lack of space.
I left that dialogue open.

After manual uninstall of a bunch of big rpm and flatpaks, I pressed retry in that dialogue.

Then i see in log that it emptied the rpm cache of 3GB rpms, and started downloading them again...
