Description of problem:

When you install with gurpmi a package whit desktop file the menu is not updated
and the icon of the application is not present in the menu
If you install the same package with gurpmi2 or urpmi  the menu is correctly updated

The desktop file for install packages from the file manager uses gurpmi

Change to gurpmi2 or fix gurpmi

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to install with gurpmi a package with desktop file
2. Check the menu
3. Unistall the package
4. Install the package with urpmi ot gurpmi2
5. Check the menu

I did this with dianara and other packages, and also other user report this behavior

Curious that these guirpmi* packages exist in the light of Add/Remove Software,  rpmdrake - and that users know about them.

Both programs are in the same 'gurpmi' pkg:
gurpmi:/usr/bin/gurpmi
gurpmi:/usr/bin/gurpmi2
gurpmi:/usr/libexec/gurpmi2

Trying them from the command line out of curiosity, they both complained (correctly) about no package name; but gurpmi did that immediately, while gurpmi2 first asked for authentification.

This bug is in tv territory, assigning it appropriately.

When you dowload a rpm its suggested Open with Software Installer or Download, also is the action when you open a rpm from a file manager, could be not frecuently used
but it used to work in mga < (=?) 7 (i don't remeber in 7)

Seems like the updates fix the issue but no idea of which one
