During upgrade from mga7 to mga8 there is a conflicting files between  lib(64)gdal-devel-2.4.3-1.1.mga7 and python3-gdal-3.1.3-7.mga8, this is because of a packaging issue as both packages contains same doc files:

lib(64)gdal-devel-2.4.3-1.1.mga7 contains:

"/usr/share/doc/python3-gdal/*"

Also python3-gdal-3.1.3-7.mga8 contains same folder:

"/usr/share/doc/python3-gdal/*"

This failed in my latest test due to being caught in the same transaction as
opencv-devel. Will retest when that one is fixed.
