If yu try to use the "Network Settings" entry in networkmanager-applet (under gnome3 desktop), nothing happens ad an error shows in .xesssion-errors: JS LOG: Settings panel for desktop file gnome-network-panel.desktop could not be loaded! That file is missing from /usr/share/applications/ and no shared library related to network is under /usr/lib64/control-center-1/panels. Where did network control panel go ?
